Contact Form / Email Contact: If you contact us via the contact form or by email, we process your name, your email address, your phone number (if provided), and the content of your message. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (pre-contractual measures or contract fulfillment) or Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in processing inquiries).

Server Logfiles: When you access our website, technical data (IP address, browser type, operating system, referrer URL, date and time) is automatically stored in server logfiles. This data is technically necessary for the secure operation of the website. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The logs will be deleted after a maximum of 30 days.

Order Data / Business Initiation: In the context of the business relationship, we process contact and billing data (name, company name, address, email, phone, UID number). The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (contract fulfillment).

3. Data Processor

This website is operated on the platform Odoo S.A. (Chaussée de Namur 40, 1367 Grand-Rosière, Belgium) as a SaaS service.
